Mega Media believes in investing in people through education. It has a formalized staff training schemes and offers academic scholarships to deserving staff.

Besides that, Mega Media worked with Media Development Authority (MDA) to offer the Capability Development Scheme to nurture talents in the media industry. The Scheme is targeted at encouraging companies to support their executives for upgrading in media fields that will enhance the sponsoring company's capability.

Through this scheme, Mega Media talent-spotted and sponsored two interns from Nanyang Technological University who have shown outstanding potential that can be further nurtured. A weekly attachment at Mega Media during their final year of studies plus an overseas programmes acquisition trip to the MIPCOM festival at Cannes, France, are part of the sponsorship package.

In addition, Mega Media also provides financial support to needy students from Hainan Normal University in China.

Beyond work is also the need for a healthy lifestyle. Mega Media adopted Sports Stacking as an all-inclusive activity for our staff, friends and the whole of Singapore.

Mega Media setup The World Sport Stacking Association (WSSA) Singapore in January 2008 to introduce this sport to Singapore and uphold all of the operating principles of the global WSSA.

Research studies point to improved hand-eye coordination, reaction time, brain activation and bi-lateral coordination with Sport Stacking. Mega Media is committed to bringing this sport to the special schools in Singapore at no cost to them, dedicating time as well as the equipment required for the activity.

Besides Sport Stacking, Mega Media organizes regular outdoor activities during the workday for the staff to participate. Be it a tree-top walk on a Wednesday afternoon or rock-climbing on a Friday morning, Mega Media is committed in instilling a healthy lifestyle in the Mega Family.

Mega Media is also committed to helping working moms strike a balance between work and family. A Kids Room has been set up for commuting moms to bring their kids to work should the need arises. The Kids Room is fully equipped with art and craft supplies, diaper changing station, TV as well as interactive toys to entertain the children.
